Three photographs taken in the evenings at different beaches in or near Valencia
- the first two are at the Sol Playa, a very lengthy and well-planned promenade
with numerous cafés and restaurants along its length
(as well as a magnificent wide and sandy beach)

"City of Arts and Sciences" ("Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias")

L'Umbracle (Landscaped walk with sculptures, under which is a large car park) at left,
El Palau de les Arts Reina Sofia (Opera House) in distance,
L'Hemisfèric (Planetarium) in middle distance

L'Àgora (a covered plaza in which concerts and sporting events are held)
- to the left is a stairway leading to an upper floor of
El Museu de les Ciències Príncipe Felipe (an interactive science museum)
- to the right, one of the pillars of El Puente de l'Assut de l'Or,
a bridge over the old river-bed, in which the whole complex is located.

L'Àgora with the domed aviary in L'Oceanogràfic to the right;
L'Oceanogràfic is an an open-air oceanographic park, with numerous outdoor and indoor exhibits.

L'Oceanogràfic has exhibits featuring the six oceans and various different habitats.

The next two photographs were taken inside the domed aviary,
designed to represent Humid areas.
